Thanks for the writeup. One more note based on a quick chat I had with Boris the next day, discussing the dutch/belgian drupal.be/.nl website: it would be great to have a suggested framework for local Drupal sites, similar to what we were suggesting for organizing conferences/camps.

There's a lot of wheels reinvented every time somebody tries to write down what Drupal is and how the community works etc. Would be great to have a 'starter kit' for that. Marketing, evangelizing, whatever you want to call it :)
